  This is a no smoking house.  Dogs / Animals are not allowed.

Prices are per week from Saturdays 4pm to the following Saturday 11am. 

The weeks already booked are shown in red. 

Outside the peak holiday period (and at short notice in those periods) short breaks can be arranged  at the following percentages of the weekly rate. 

 3nights  70%....... 4 nights 80%......... 5 nights 90%

In addition, if only two people are using the house a 10% discount is offered. Also if two consecutive weeks are booked an additional 10% discount is given

       New in 2011; if the cottage has been booked in the two previous years on the third year a  10%      discount is given - this is to encourage repeat bookings (it can only be included
      with  one other 10% discount)

We ask that a non refundable deposit of £150 is paid on booking.  The balance should be paid three weeks before arrival.
